Captain Amber Wisner highlighted the importance of such events in elevating the status of women's sports in Dallas. This attendance even surpassed that of a recent Dallas Wings game, indicating a growing enthusiasm for women?s athletics in the city. The halftime show featured competitive eater Joey Chestnut, further enhancing the festive spirit.
